I pissed off a dad today
His son's mouth was in the way
With words and actions touching down
That, when in my face, were not found
To be helpful, prudent, or productive
For the place for him I'd thought of
He has questions, anger, searching
For acceptance, even yearning
For some answers, deftly handled
For a mentor, men who know him
